By using Fundeer (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.

2. Eligibility

Fundeer can be used by individuals of all ages. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., under 13 or 18, depending on where you live), you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the App.

3. License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Fundeer or any part of the App without explicit permission.

4. Local Data Usage

All budget, financial, or other user-generated data is stored locally on your device using Swift Data. We do not collect, store, or transmit any user data to external servers. You are solely responsible for safeguarding any data entered into the App and for backing up or deleting such data as you see fit.

5. User Content

You are responsible for ensuring any information you input into the App is accurate and lawful. We are not responsible for monitoring or verifying the content you enter.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to Fundeer remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not use or reproduce any such material without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Fundeer will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any financial insights provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Modifications & Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective when posted. Continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. We may also terminate or restrict your use of the App if you violate these Terms.
